Project development and supply of processing lines of any agreed complexity — sorting, washing, drying, grading, cold storage and packing, integrated as one production flow.
Almost every line we are asked to fix has a bottleneck the first supplier never modelled — usually the buffer between two machines. We size the whole flow, including the joints between equipment from different manufacturers.
Throughput is calculated end to end, including buffering, changeover and cleaning time — not machine by machine.
Machines from different makers are brought onto one control panel and one responsibility line.
Grading and handling are tuned to your local varieties, measured on your fruit — not on a demo sample.
The boundary is written into the contract before work begins. Anything in the right column is either the client’s or a named third party’s — in writing, with an owner.
Every line is sized to its own product study. These are the starting points, not a catalogue — prices are quoted per project.
We do not price a line from a tonnage figure. The product study is a paid, deliverable stage — and its report is yours whether or not you continue with us.
Size distribution, firmness and moisture measured on your produce. Deliverable: a throughput model.
Line layout, buffer sizing, equipment specification, budget and schedule.
Manufacturer selection and audit, procurement, pre-shipment inspection, freight, customs.
Foundations, mechanical and electrical installation, integration onto one control panel.
Commissioning with your product, throughput and grade verification, operator training.
Acceptance is a measured run with your own produce at the contracted grade and reject rate — not a nameplate figure. If the line does not hold it, it is not handed over.
Factory acceptance test at the manufacturer, with report and photographs, before payment of the balance.
Alignment, hygiene clearance and guarding checks logged per machine before the line is energised.
A timed run on your produce, measuring capacity, grade accuracy and reject rate, witnessed by your production manager.
As-built layouts, equipment passports, test protocols and operating manuals in UZ / RU / EN.
If your question is not here, an engineer answers it directly — not a sales script.
That is exactly what the product study is for. We run your produce — size distribution, firmness, moisture — before specifying grading equipment, because catalogue figures are quoted on a different fruit.
Tell us what you process, how much and in what season. We come back with a product study plan and an order-of-magnitude budget before anyone signs anything.
