01What we solve

Structures are the easy part. Yield is decided by how heating, screening, irrigation and ventilation are controlled together — so we design the climate first and the frame around it, against the coldest week on record rather than the average.

01

Heat balance before steel

The light model and heat balance are calculated first; the structure is specified to serve them, not the other way round.

02

One automation layer

Heating, screens, irrigation and CO₂ run on a single controller with one recipe — not four systems arguing with each other.

03

Built for the local winter

Snow and wind loads to Uzbek norms, and heating sized for the coldest recorded week rather than a catalogue default.

02Scope of works

The boundary is written into the contract before work begins. Anything in the right column is either the client’s or a named third party’s — in writing, with an owner.

Included in our scope
Site survey, heat balance and light modelling
Structure design to local snow and wind loads
Glass or polycarbonate supply and erection
Heating, screening, ventilation and CO₂ systems
Irrigation, fertigation and drainage recovery
Climate automation and remote monitoring
International procurement and pre-shipment inspection
Mechanical and electrical installation
Commissioning and first-cycle agronomy handover
Operator training and warranty service
Client or third party
Land allocation and site levelling beyond the pad
Gas and grid connection to the site boundary
Growing media, seed and crop inputs
State expert review and permits (we prepare the file)
Water abstraction licence
Ongoing energy and agronomy after the first season
03Typical solutions

Every complex is sized to its own heat balance and light model. These are the starting points, not a catalogue — prices are quoted per project.

04How this direction runs

We do not price a complex from a hectare figure. The survey and heat balance are a paid, deliverable stage — and the report is yours whether or not you continue with us.

01

Survey

Site, soil, water and energy audit; climate data for the location. Deliverable: a heat balance.

02

Design

Light model, structure to local loads, systems layout, budget and planting schedule.

03

Source

Manufacturer selection and audit, procurement, pre-shipment inspection, freight, customs.

04

Build

Foundations, erection, glazing, heating, irrigation and electrical installation.

05

Start-up

Climate commissioning, recipe loading, agronomy handover through the first cycle.

05Standards & quality control

Acceptance is a measured climate test: temperature uniformity, screen closure, irrigation flow and CO₂ response across the full house volume, witnessed and signed.

01

Pre-shipment inspection

Factory acceptance of structure and systems, with report and photographs, before payment of the balance.

02

Erection control

Bolt torque, glazing seal and level checks logged per bay; hidden works photographed before closure.

03

Climate test

Uniformity and response verified with calibrated sensors at multiple points, witnessed by the client’s agronomist.

04

Documentation

As-built drawings, equipment passports, climate recipes and operating manuals in UZ / RU / EN.

07Questions

If your question is not here, an engineer answers it directly — not a sales script.

Glass for a complex expected to run more than fifteen years with year-round production — better light transmission and lower running cost. Polycarbonate where capital is the constraint or the cycle is seasonal. We model both against your crop before recommending one.

Start a greenhouse project

Give us a location, an area and the crop you intend to grow. We come back with a heat balance plan and an order-of-magnitude budget before anyone signs anything.
