01What we solve

Import stalls at the same three points: a specification that did not survive translation, a customs code nobody checked, and a commissioning engineer who never arrives. All three sit inside our scope.

01

Verified, not just quoted

Manufacturers are checked for production capacity and reference installations before we put them in front of you.

02

Inspected before it ships

Factory acceptance is witnessed and recorded, so problems stay at the factory instead of arriving on your site.

03

Landed and running

Freight, customs, installation and commissioning sit under the same contract as the purchase.

02Scope of works

The boundary is written into the contract before work begins. Anything in the right column is either the client’s or a named third party’s — in writing, with an owner.

04How this direction runs

We do not quote from a model number. The requirement definition is a paid, deliverable stage — and its specification is yours whether or not you continue with us.

01

Specify

Requirement definition, duty conditions and acceptance criteria. Deliverable: a technical specification.

02

Search

Manufacturer long list, capacity and reference verification, commercial comparison.

03

Contract

Terms, payment schedule, delivery programme and acceptance criteria agreed in writing.

04

Inspect

Factory acceptance test witnessed and recorded, then freight, insurance and customs clearance.

05

Start-up

Installation, commissioning, operator training and handover with the spares package.

05Standards & quality control

Acceptance happens twice: once at the manufacturer before the balance is paid, and once on your site before handover. Both are witnessed, recorded and written into the contract.

01

Manufacturer audit

Production capacity and quality system checked on site or by video audit; reference installations contacted directly.

02

Pre-shipment inspection

Factory acceptance test with report and photographs, before payment of the balance is released.

03

Site acceptance

Performance verified on your site against the contracted duty, witnessed by your engineer.

04

Documentation

Equipment passports, certificates of origin, test protocols and operating manuals in UZ / RU / EN.

07Questions

If your question is not here, an engineer answers it directly — not a sales script.

Türkiye, where the company started, plus the EU, China, India and the Gulf depending on the equipment. The choice follows the technical requirement and service availability here, not a standing preference.

Start a supply project

Tell us what the equipment has to do and where it will run. We come back with a specification plan and an order-of-magnitude budget before anyone signs anything.
