01What we solve

A laboratory is judged by the accreditation it passes, not the equipment it owns. We design the room, the services and the instrument list against the methods in your intended scope — so the assessor finds the environment the standard requires.

01

Scope-led layout

The methods you intend to accredit determine the rooms, the flows and the services — not a furniture catalogue.

02

Services before benches

Ventilation, gases, power quality and drainage are designed as one system, because that is what fails an assessment.

03

Documented from day one

Qualification protocols, calibration records and written procedures are handed over as a set, not reconstructed later.

02Scope of works

The boundary is written into the contract before work begins. Anything in the right column is either the client’s or a named third party’s — in writing, with an owner.

Included in our scope
Scope review against the methods to be accredited
Room layout, flow and services design
Ventilation, fume extraction and gas line design
Benching, fume hoods and clean utilities supply
International procurement and pre-shipment inspection
Fit-out construction inside the laboratory envelope
Instrument installation and qualification (IQ/OQ)
Calibration and validation records
Written procedures and operator training
First-year service plan and warranty
Client or third party
The accreditation application and assessor fees
Building shell works outside the laboratory envelope
Consumables, reference materials and reagents
Staff recruitment and method development
Sample logistics and courier arrangements
Ongoing utilities after handover
03Typical solutions

Every laboratory is designed against its own accreditation scope. These are the starting points, not a catalogue — prices are quoted per project.

04How this direction runs

We do not draw a laboratory from a floor area. The scope review is a paid, deliverable stage — and its report is yours whether or not you continue with us.

01

Scope review

Methods, throughput and the environmental requirements each one carries. Deliverable: a written scope.

02

Design

Room layout, services, ventilation and instrument list, with budget and schedule.

03

Source

Manufacturer selection and audit, procurement, pre-shipment inspection, freight, customs.

04

Fit-out

Construction, services, benching and extraction inside the laboratory envelope.

05

Qualify

Instrument installation, IQ/OQ, calibration, procedures and operator training.

05Standards & quality control

Acceptance is a documented qualification: each instrument installed, operated and verified against the method it serves, with records an assessor can read.

01

Pre-shipment inspection

Factory acceptance test at the manufacturer, with report and photographs, before payment of the balance.

02

Environment verification

Air change rates, face velocity, temperature and humidity measured and logged per room before instruments arrive.

03

Instrument qualification

Installation and operational qualification against the manufacturer’s protocol, witnessed by your laboratory manager.

04

Documentation

As-built drawings, equipment passports, qualification protocols and procedures in UZ / RU / EN.

07Questions

If your question is not here, an engineer answers it directly — not a sales script.

No one honestly can — accreditation depends on your staff and methods as much as the room. What we guarantee is that the facility meets the environmental and equipment requirements of the methods in your intended scope, documented so the assessor can verify it.

Start a laboratory project

Tell us which methods you intend to accredit and where. We come back with a scope review plan and an order-of-magnitude budget before anyone signs anything.
